Questions safety teams actually ask.
If you don't see your question here, reach out directly and we'll answer it.
Is Ryskra live? Can we start using it?
Yes. Ryskra is a live, working platform, not a mockup or a waitlist. Get in touch and we'll get your team set up.
How does pricing work?
Ryskra bills flat-rate per company, not per seat, so onboarding your entire frontline never costs extra. We haven't published exact numbers yet ahead of launch — contact us and we'll walk through pricing for your team size.
Is training (LMS) included, or a paid add-on?
Included, not an upsell. Course authoring, quizzes, completion tracking, and expiry reminders come with the platform.
Does Ryskra handle OSHA recordkeeping automatically?
Yes. Recordable incidents roll into properly formatted OSHA 300 logs, the 300A annual summary with TRIR, and individual 301 reports, without manual reformatting.
Can we import our existing employee roster?
Yes, via CSV import for departments, equipment, and employees. For a larger migration from an existing EHS system or years of incident history, reach out and we'll talk through the best approach for your data.
Is there a mobile app for frontline workers?
Yes. The mobile app supports offline report queueing, a personal Safety Wallet showing certification status, and push notifications, built for people who don't sit at a desk all day.
Can contractors or visitors report a hazard without an account?
Yes. Printable QR codes support no-login hazard and incident reporting, visitor check-in, and SDS lookups. No app download or password required.
How is our data isolated from other companies using Ryskra?
Every tenant's data is isolated at the database level and enforced on every query, not just in application logic. Cross-tenant access is architecturally impossible, not merely disallowed by a setting.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes, TOTP two-factor and passkey/security-key support are available on every account.
What industries is Ryskra built for?
Ryskra is built for small and mid-sized companies with real safety and compliance obligations, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and similar operations, not just office-based teams.
